THE STRUCTURE OF THE TEACHING STAFF:■ STABILITY: 77% of our teachings are professors in ordinary. In 2010 - 2011 university year, 183 teachers carry on their activity in Constantin Brâncoveanu University: 140 of them are professors in ordinary (permanent teachers entitled by exams) and 43 specialists from the scientific and practical research.
■ HIGH SCIENTIFIC STANDARD: from among the teaching staff, 40 are Ph.D. Professors and Ph.D. Associate Professors (29%).
■ PROFESIONALISM: 150 of our teaching staff are doctors and doctorands, two thirds of them being in economical field. 55 teachers graduated the doctor's courses taking advantage of the university support.
■ LONG TERM PERSPECTIVE: the age average of the teaching staff is between 35 and 40 years of age. Over 40 are candidates for doctor's degrees in sciences, being at different levels in this way, are financially supported by university. Other 60 young teachers attended and graduated master and pedagogical courses, thus perfecting their professional training.

■ SCIENTIFIC PRESTIGE: in Constantin Brâncoveanu University, 10 teachers are doctoral coordinators, 5 are laureates of the Romanian Academy, 3 are members of Romanian or Foreign Scientific Academies.
■ ECONOMICAL PRACTICE ORIENTATION: the university is also supported by almost 60 associate professors, specialists from research, administration, prestigious economical institutions that bring their contribution in creating highly skilled specialists, and it also represents the connection between university and social and economical practice, representing a spring of knowledge about economic realities.
