In 2008 the University starts publishing the results of the the teaching stuff's scientific researches in the Managerial Strategies magazine (Strategii Manageriale) that is issued quarterly and is open to all important studies belonging the economic field, but also to the juridical administrative and communication domain. Moreover, in this magazine are also published students scientific research articles when their contributions are exceptional.        


So far, Managerial Strategies magazine (Strategii Manageriale) has published valuable scientific research articles, summaries of papers presented by teachers at round tables, national and international conferences and symposia organized within the University, outstanding contributions from master and doctoral theses of young academics, chronicles of scientific events on campus, reviews for papers published in the Economic Independence House or other prestigious publishers.  Under the heading Juventus, the magazine publishes selections of papers presented by students at the University's scientific research sessions or the licensing examination and dissertation.

PUBLISHING CONDITIONS AND WRITING RULES 
1. The content of the paper: A4, font Times New Roman [= TNR], size 12, single spacing, no. pages maximum -10; pages not numbered, it is compulsory to write with diacritics   
2. Page setup: left 3 cm top, bottom, right: 2.5 cm
3. Title: bold, centred, TNR, size 14, followed by a blank line
4. First and last name: bold, right aligned, size 11  
5. Institution Name: bold, right aligned, size 11 
6. Abstract in foreign language (compulsory!): single line spacing, TNR, size 10, italic (the text will be written in another language [of international circulation] than that of the paper (preferably English)
The abstract must not exceed 500 characters 
7. Keywords in foreign language (compulsory!): single line spacing, TNR, size 10, italic (the keywords will be written in another language [of international circulation] than that of the paper (preferably English). Five keywords will be included.
8. Notes are placed at the bottom of the page, numbering starts with figure 1 for each page where the text is written in: TNR, 10. Authors' names from footnotes are not reversed (as in the case of bibliography). So, for example:
1. Alexandru Puiu, Strategii bancare - una din cauzele crizei economice românești (ediția a II-a), Editura Independența Economică, Pitești, 2003, p. 101.        
After each note is placed full stop [. ]
9. Bibliography: alphabetically order, TNR, 11, as in the model:  
[a] For books → last name , first name, year, title (in italics), publisher, city.
Example: Puiu, Alexandru, Strategiile bancare - una din cauzele crizei economiei românești (ediția a II-a), Editura Independența Economică, Pitești, 2003
[b] For articles → Last name, first name, title (in italics), journal name (in quotes), year, volum (no.), pages.
Example: Puiu, Alexandru; Scărlătescu, Iuliana, Delimitări teoretico-metodologice pentru elaborarea strategiei municipiului Pitești. O schiță de analiză S.W.O.T., în „Strategii manageriale", 2008, nr. 1, p. 9-12.
10. Tables and figures: will be made according to the journal page size. Their numbering is from 1 to n. Table title will be centered above the table. Here are also placed possible explanations. If the explanation is presented in the text, a reference is made (Tab.1); or: "as shown in Table 1". Source table is placed below it. Not allowed graphs/charts in colour.   
11. Recommendation: In the magazine "Managerial Strategies" („Strategii manageriale") we recommend writing names in bold (normally written) or titles of the books or articles. For titles will be used italic characters.
