Faculty of Finance and Accounting Pitești was authorized to function by the decision of the Board of National Assessment and Accreditation of 07.05.1999. In September 1999, there was the Finance-Accounting specialization which in 2002 became Accounting and Management Informatics Systems. Since 2003, within the Faculty of Finance and Accounting Pitești, the specialization Finance-Banking was also authorized to function. Since its establishment, the Faculty of Finance and Accounting with the two specializations, Accounting and Management Informatics Systems and Finance - Banking, the number of the students enrolled in the entrance examination showing that the requirement for qualified personnel in the economic field in Argeș County and its neighboring represents a permanent and growing phenomenon.

Selective performance: she has special work skills and a remarkable experience in the development of export-import operations and banking.
